Purchase Wise is a notification-based management system to handle all purchasing requirements for Hotels. Purchase Requests may be made by staff members from pre-defined lists of suppliers and products and are automatically passed on to management for approval.

  • Purchase Wise is web based and may be implemented for a single hotel or across a hotel group.
  • It allows staff to generate purchase requests, through individual secure log-ins.
  • Notifications of new purchase orders are automatically sent to designated staff members for approval.
  • All Purchase Orders past or present may be easily viewed at any time.
  • Details of all Suppliers along with a full product listing and prices may also be viewed as and when required.
  • A key feature of the Hotel Purchasing System is that it enables Accounts / Financial Control to monitor expenditure. Additionally it simplifies the laborious process of checking invoices against original requests.
